The dress was pretty much as expected. There were a few stitching errors that made the fabric lay weird in places, but overall nothing too extreme. The color was what I thought it would be, and it was good quality for the price. I ordered this dress and two others to try on as a bridesmaid dress for a wedding I was supposed to be in. If you buy this dress to keep it, you will have a great experience. If you buy with the possibility of returning it like I did, don’t waste your money. After the bride decided one of the other dresses I ordered was a better color- I tried to contact the company multiple times to receive a refund and return the dress, and originally I was told I could not return it. I was offered a $15 refund, to which I denied, because the item when I purchased it said it could be returned. (Not to mention after tax and shipping the dress was over $100) After multiple exchanges back and forth the company agreed to refund me half the dresses price and I could keep the dress since it would cost us both more money for me to ship it back. All of our correspondences had either used my name or my order number. After a month when I had not received my refund, I reached out again, asking if it was coming, they responded to me with a different name and order number saying they had refunded it-which makes me think I’m not the only customer who has experienced this. I corrected their mistake and asked them to check again and refund me the agreed amount. I haven’t heard from them since, even though I have reached out multiple times. I originally purchased the dress in September of 2021, they stopped responding in February of 2022, and I still have not heard from them or received any money now more than half way through 2022. If you try to return the dress- JUST SEND IT BACK. It seems like a good deal when they offer to let you keep the dress, and pay half price, but it isn’t. They will ghost you and never refund you- don’t get stuck like I did.
