Okay, so the most important thing to know if you're considering purchasing this - if this is for a special occasion, photos, etc., it's perfect. If you're getting it hoping your child can wear it maybe once a week for 6 months to a year - I'd say, maybe not so good. I can tell just by touching it and looking at it, that it's not going to do well in the washing machine AT ALL. I plan to hand wash it. Also, the bow on the front is connected only in the middle (at least on the one I got anyway), so it sags on the sides, so I plan to stitch it so it won't hang like that. But yeah, between the lace and bow and everything, I just don't see this holding up after going through the washing machine a few times. But it SURE is adorable. It really looks absolutely lovely on my daughter. If it were $5-10 I'd probably have given it 5 stars. But to me, $15 for this fragile of a dress (and you can tell it's not the best construction ever either, it doesn't look bad, it's just not durable, seemingly, based on how it's sewn and the material, etc.) is a bit high. For $15 for a single dress, you can get a dress from Carter's that you can wash 3 times a week for a year and it'll still be fine. So that's my main complaint is the price and the quality don't match well.But like I said, if this is for a birthday, wedding, special outing, Christmas, Easter, family photos, etc., etc. - it's perfect. It'll almost certainly look super, super cute on your kiddo. But it seems unlikely to hold up. So if you do plan on getting it for daily wear, I'd say to play it safe by hand washing and probably either hang-drying or drying it alone on medium or something. And use cold water regardless of how you wash it.
