Okay so I love this dress.... on other body styles. I think it is absolutely beautiful in person and looks exactly like how you would think it would look from the stock photo. The photos submitted are all without shapewear, but I wanted to give a true representation of how it looks on a pear shape, size 8/10 body (medium dress). I am 5'8" and it had a little bit of excess fabric on the end of the dress which is great for taller girls who want to wear heels. However there would be a lot of extra had I been much shorter so if you are short you will probably need to get this hemmed. The other thing to know is that the bra line is going to dip on one side so the undergarment has to be on the smaller side. My typical go to strapless bra showed a bit where the dress was sliding down a slight amount. I am a b cup and was wearing a padded bra, and had a small amount of slippage. I could probably get away with some tape to secure it or just a lower bra style. But girls with smaller boobs should take note that the upper part is pretty roomy. I don't think I will wear this because overall this mermaid style is not great on my pear shape so I don't think it flatters me as well as another cut would. But I so wish it looked better because this is absolutely gorgeous.
